Our Ritual — A Moment of Return
Every flame tells a story. Each burn is a prayer in motion. This ritual invites you to arrive—fully—so your candle does more than scent a room: it sets a frequency.

What you’ll need

  • Your Remedy by Phia B candle

  • A lighter or matches

  • Optional: journal, crystals, a small dish of water (for symbolism), soft music

The 7-Step Remedy

  1. Clear — Tidy the surface. Crack a window. Exhale slowly.

  2. Ground — Place both feet on the floor. Feel Earth beneath you.

  3. Name — In one sentence, state your intention (e.g., “I invite clarity and calm focus.”)

  4. Light — Strike the flame and hold your gaze. Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 6.

  5. Receive — Let scent and warmth guide your breath. Notice where your body softens.

  6. Seal — When complete, snuff the flame and say: Rest. Relax. Release.

  7. Record — Jot one line in your journal: What shifted? What felt true?

Elemental Add-Ons (optional)

  • Earth: add a grounding stone (black tourmaline, smoky quartz)

  • Air: open a window, invite fresh perspective

  • Fire: visualize transformation in the flame

  • Water: place a small bowl of water to symbolize flow

  • Ether: sit in silence for 60 seconds after snuffing

Candle Care (for maximum burn + safety)

  • First burn 2–3 hours for an even melt pool

  • Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn

  • Burn up to 4 hours, never unattended, away from drafts, pets, and children

  • Stop burning at ½ inch of wax remaining
