How do I use my Remedy candle?

When should I light my candle?
Whenever you need to shift energy—morning focus, evening wind down, meditation, journaling, or simply to bring calm to your space.
How long should I burn my candle?
For your first burn, let it melt evenly across the top (about 2–3 hours). After that, limit each burn to 4 hours at a time.
Candle Care & Safety
How do I care for my candle?
Trim your wick to ¼ inch before every burn. Keep your candle away from drafts, pets, and children. Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains.
What kind of wax do you use?
Our candles are hand-poured using a natural soy wax, chosen for a clean, slow, and even burn.
Are your candles safe and toxin-free?
Yes. We use phthalate-free fragrances, lead-free cotton wicks, and no parabens or synthetic dyes.
Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each candle is poured and packed with care. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, depending on volume and season.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

What if my candle arrives damaged?
We’re happy to help. Please email us within 7 days of delivery at love@remedybyphiab.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we don’t accept used candles for return. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away so we can assist.
